Additional Terms and Procedures to Enhance Safety:

Certification of Freedom from Parasites and Fleas: Pets undergo a quick visual inspection upon check-in and must have received a preventive treatment against insects and fleas.
🩺 Initial Medical Examination: The client must disclose any special health conditions, chronic illnesses, or specific medications the pet may need during its stay.
🥣 Feeding and Meals: It is recommended to bring your pet’s own food to avoid any digestive upset caused by a sudden change in diet, or to choose meals from the hotel’s suggested menu.
🆔 Emergency Contact Information: Provide an additional emergency contact number for the pet owner to be reached in case of an emergency.

Grooming Service (Care and Bathing): You can offer an additional option during booking: “Would you like your pet to be groomed and bathed at the end of their stay?”
Pickup and Drop-off Service (Pet Taxi): Provide a service to pick up and drop off pets at the customer’s doorstep.
Online Booking Calendar: The ability to select check-in and check-out dates and view the cost directly on the website
